Data deletion instructions
Last updated: 2 November 2026
You can delete the data QiShoppie holds about you, and remove QiShoppie's access to any social account you connected, at any time. Here is how.
1. Disconnect a social account (instant)
In the QiShoppie admin, open Settings › Social accounts, choose the account and click Disconnect. Its access tokens are deleted at once and we stop all access to that account.
2. Remove QiShoppie in the platform's settings
You can also remove QiShoppie's access from the platform itself. When a platform tells us access was removed, we delete that account's tokens and the data we read from it.
| Platform | Where |
|---|---|
| Settings & privacy › Settings › Business integrations, select QiShoppie, then Remove. | |
| Settings › Website permissions (Apps and websites), select QiShoppie, then Remove. | |
| YouTube / Google | Your Google Account › Security › Third-party apps with account access (myaccount.google.com/permissions), select QiShoppie, then Remove access. |
| TikTok | Settings and privacy › Security › Apps and services permissions (Manage app permissions), select QiShoppie, then Remove access. |
| Settings › Security and logins › Apps, find QiShoppie, then Revoke access. | |
| Snapchat | accounts.snapchat.com › Connected apps, select QiShoppie, then Remove. |
3. Ask us to delete your data
Email support@qishoppie.com from the email address of your QiShoppie account (or the email of your Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest or Snapchat account if you never had a QiShoppie account) with:
- your name and the store name, if you have one;
- which data to delete: a connected social account, your staff account, a whole store, or everything;
- the social account's name or ID, if the request is about one.
We confirm your request within 7 days and complete it within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm you own the account before we delete anything. We email you when it is done, with a reference number for the request.
4. Close a store
A store owner can export the store's data in the admin under Settings › General › Export store data, then close the store under Settings › Plan › Deactivate store. After it is closed, the store's products, orders, customers, content, connected accounts and files are purged.
5. What we keep
We keep only what the law requires: our GST bills and credit notes for QiShoppie fees, and the audit records of those bills, for the period Indian tax and accounting law requires. Shoppers' data in a store belongs to that seller; a shopper who wants their data deleted should contact the store, and we help the store do it. See our Privacy Policy.
