Terms of Service
Last updated: 2 November 2026
These terms explain the rules for using QiShoppie. By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
QiShoppie is operated by Mohammad Shakeer, 2-135/64, Lahari Enclave Phase 2, Gajularamaram, Hyderabad, Telangana 500055 ("QiShoppie", "we", "us"). GSTIN: Not registered yet. You can reach us at support@qishoppie.com.
These terms apply between us and you, the person or business that signs up for a QiShoppie account and runs one or more stores ("seller", "you").
2. The service
QiShoppie gives sellers an online store and an admin to run it: products and inventory, orders, returns and refunds, customers, discounts, gift cards, marketing, analytics, content, staff accounts and GST bills for our fees.
Some parts use services you connect with your own accounts:
- Payments are collected by your own Razorpay account. Razorpay's terms apply to those payments; we never hold your customers' money.
- Shipping can be booked through your own Shiprocket account.
- Social publishing: you can connect your own Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, YouTube channel and, when available, TikTok, Pinterest and Snapchat accounts, and publish posts, read comments, messages and insights from the QiShoppie admin. See section 6.
We may change, add or remove features. We tell you in advance about a change that takes away something you pay for.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract under Indian law. If you sign up for a business, you confirm you may act for it.
- Give true details and keep them up to date, including your legal and GST details for bills.
- Keep your password and sign-in codes safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including what your staff do with the access you give them.
- Tell us at once at support@qishoppie.com if you think someone else is using your account.
4. Your store and your responsibilities
- You are the seller of everything in your store. You are responsible for your products, prices, descriptions, taxes (including GST), invoices to your customers, shipping, returns, refunds and customer service.
- You must follow the laws that apply to you, including the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
- Your customers' personal data belongs to you. You must have a privacy policy for your store and a lawful basis for the data you collect and the messages you send. We process that data for you as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Your store's own policies (refund, shipping, privacy, terms) are written by you and shown on your store.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use QiShoppie to:
- sell anything illegal in India, counterfeit goods, or items that break someone else's rights;
- mislead customers, send spam, or publish content that is unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit;
- break the terms or rules of any platform you connect (Meta, Google/YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Razorpay, Shiprocket);
- try to reach another store's data, overload or attack the service, or get around plan limits or security.
We may remove content or suspend a store that breaks these rules. Where we can, we tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.
7. Plans, trial and fees
- A new store starts on a free trial. After the trial you choose a paid plan to keep selling. The plans, prices and limits are shown on our home page and in the admin.
- Prices are before 18% GST, which is added to every bill. We send a GST bill for every charge.
- Plans are billed in advance for each billing period. If a payment fails we tell you and give you a grace period; after it, the admin becomes read-only and the store stops taking orders until the bill is paid.
- Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires it or we say so in writing. When you change plans the difference is shown before you confirm.
- We never charge a fee on your sales. Razorpay, Shiprocket and the social platforms charge you under their own terms.
8. Closing a store, export and deletion
- You can export your store's data and close a store at any time in the admin.
- After a store is closed its data is purged as described in our data deletion instructions. Bills, credit notes and audit records that the law requires us to keep are kept for the required period.
- We may suspend or close a store that breaks these terms or the law, or does not pay. Unless the law or the risk prevents it, we tell you first and give you time to export your data.
9. Content and intellectual property
You keep all rights in your content (products, images, text, posts). You give us the permission we need to host, show and publish it for you as part of the service. QiShoppie's software, name and design belong to us.
10. Warranties and liability
We work to keep QiShoppie available and safe, but the service is provided "as is". We do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any platform will accept your content.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We tell you by email or in the admin at least 15 days before a change that affects you takes effect. If you keep using QiShoppie after that, the new terms apply.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad have exclusive jurisdiction. Please contact us first at support@qishoppie.com; we try to settle every issue directly.
